Terms & Conditions — 7q7 Platform Rules

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 7q7 ("7q7", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://7q7.app. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 7q7 platform — including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and any related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 7q7 platform and close your account. Your continued use of the platform following any modification to this Agreement constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised terms.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. 7q7 operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair play, data security, and responsible gaming. Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted as creating a partnership, employment relationship, franchise, or agency between you and 7q7.

7q7 reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or restrict access to the platform at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that a player has violated any provision of this Agreement or has engaged in conduct that is harmful to the platform, other players, or any third party.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and the English version shall prevail in all circumstances. Any translation provided for convenience only does not constitute an official version of this document and shall have no legal effect.

To register and maintain an account on 7q7, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 7q7 strictly prohibits gambling by individuals under the age of 18.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, organisations, and automated systems are not permitted to open player accounts.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on 7q7 or any other gambling platform with which 7q7 cooperates on responsible gaming initiatives.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. Accounts must be operated solely by the registered account holder.

If 7q7 discovers at any point that a player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out above — or has provided false information to circumvent them — 7q7 will immediately close the account, void all bets placed from that account, and confiscate any balance, including deposits and winnings. This action may be taken without prior notice.

Players are reminded that gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should not be engaged in by anyone who is experiencing financial hardship, who is under the influence of alcohol or other substances, or who does not fully understand the nature and rules of the games being played. 7q7 encourages all players to review the Responsible Gaming page for guidance on maintaining healthy gambling habits.

To access the full range of 7q7 services, you are required to register a player account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. You are obligated to keep this information current and to update it promptly if it changes.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, or using different devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, all bonuses forfeited, and all pending withdrawals held pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 7q7 strongly recommends the use of a strong, unique password for your account and advises against sharing your credentials with any third party. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you.

7q7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that provides false, misleading, or unverifiable information during registration or the KYC process. Any funds held in such accounts at the time of closure may be confiscated pending the outcome of the investigation.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, you may contact the 7q7 support team at any time. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any verified balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the registered payment method subject to standard withdrawal procedures.

7q7 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions must be initiated from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

Deposits: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your 7q7 account balance in real time upon confirmed receipt of funds. 7q7 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which 7q7 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one to three hours during standard operating hours. During peak periods or in cases where additional verification is required, processing may take up to 24 hours. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable limits will be displayed in the Cashier section of your account at the time of the request.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the 7q7 compliance team.
• 7q7 reserves the right to request documentation confirming ownership of the withdrawal destination before releasing funds.
• Pending withdrawals may be cancelled by the player prior to processing; once processing has commenced, cancellation is not possible.
• Withdrawals on accounts with active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds will be held until those requirements are fully met or the bonus is forfeited.

In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect crediting or debiting of funds, 7q7 reserves the right to correct such errors at any time and to recover any funds incorrectly credited to a player's account, regardless of whether those funds have been used in subsequent play.

7q7 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General rules applicable to all 7q7 bonuses include the following:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have a defined expiry period. Any bonus not fully wagered before expiry will be removed from the account, along with any associated winnings.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet Under Bonus: While a bonus is active on your account, the maximum permitted single bet or stake is ৳500 unless the promotion specifies otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonus Abuse: Any player found to be exploiting bonuses — including through collusion, the use of multiple accounts, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play — will have their bonus removed, winnings voided, and account reviewed for suspension.

All bets placed on 7q7 are subject to the rules of the specific game or sporting market to which they relate. It is the player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet. Ignorance of the rules does not constitute grounds for a refund or reversal of a settled bet.

Sports Betting: All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or declared void, bets will be settled in accordance with 7q7's sport-specific rules, which are available in the Game Information section of the platform. Live in-play bets accepted after the outcome of a market becomes known — due to data feed delays or any other technical reason — will be voided.

Casino & Slot Games: All casino and slot games on 7q7 are powered by certified third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The Random Number Generator (RNG) systems used by these providers are independently tested and certified for fairness. 7q7 does not modify or interfere with game outcomes in any way.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game and betting market carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed within the game interface or betting slip at the time of placing a wager. 7q7 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7q7 platform. Engaging in any of the listed activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one player account on 7q7.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age or otherwise ineligible under Section 2 of this Agreement.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in place of genuine manual play.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game logic to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings accumulated through exploitation of known or unknown technical errors will be voided.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the 7q7 platform.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith through your bank or payment provider while retaining associated winnings on your 7q7 account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 7q7 support staff through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the 7q7 platform, its databases, or any other player's account.

7q7 reserves the right to suspend any account under investigation for prohibited conduct without prior notice. During any investigation period, withdrawals from the account under review may be temporarily withheld. The investigation will be completed within a reasonable timeframe and the player will be informed of the outcome via their registered contact details.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7q7 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your own betting or gaming decisions.
• Interruption of service due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party infrastructure issues, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Errors in sports data feeds, odds calculations, or game results caused by third-party providers.
• Any reliance placed on information published on the 7q7 platform that does not constitute an official contractual term.

7q7 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or viruses, or that defects will be corrected. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Nothing in this section shall operate to exclude or limit liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
